Water treatment is an important process that intends to improve the quality of water to use it for various purposes. The process of water treatment involves the contribution of specialised plants, processes and systems, which are utilised to ensure the wellbeing of all lives that consume water. Therefore, it is essential to be well-versed with these aspects of water treatment to get into the industry, and this Diploma in Water Treatment at QLS Level 4 (USA Standards) has been developed to help you with that. This course will extensively cover the areas of water treatment to shape you into a skilled professional in the subject, provided you have a qualification at level 4 or above in a related discipline.

This course will start off with an introduction to the concept of water treatment and its importance in the modern world. You will then move onto learn the concept of chlorination, its importance and its byproducts, after which the course will walk you through the essentials of water disinfection and its byproducts. This course also aims to strengthen your knowledge about oxidation chemistry and oxidizing agents that play a significant role in disinfecting water from dangerous bacteria and viruses.

The course curriculum has also given consideration to the various water disinfection methods and waterborne pathogens to keep you more informed. Since this course focuses on molding you into a water treatment professional, a few modules will also look into issues such as leading teams within the water treatment works, work policies and procedures of water works and many more.

The Quality Licence Scheme, endorses high-quality, non-regulated provision and training programmes. Method of Assessment

In order to complete the Diploma in Water Treatment at QLS Level 4 successfully , all students are required to complete a series of assignments. The completed assignments must be submitted via the online portal. Your instructor will review and evaluate your work and provide your feedback based on how well you have completed your assignments.

Those who successfully complete the course will be issued the Diploma in Water Treatment at QLS Level 4 by the Quality Licence Scheme.
